How Long before you send my Order?

All orders are lovingly packed up & mailed off within 24hours unless advised.

 

Who do you Use?

Where we are based Australia Post is it. They are having extra issues at the moment so please allow longer for your goodies to arrive. This is out of my hands

What if my Order arrives damaged?

All Soul Rebellion products are packed with loads of care and love and are delivered to the local post office in excellent condition. Unfortunately from this point we have no control over what happens. While we have all faith in Australia Post, there are times when packages can arrive a little worse for wear. While we do apologise that you have taken the time to order from us and it has not arrived in the state we sent it in, no refunds or replacements will be offered in the odd chance this does occur.
